Preston William West Baptism August 2nd 2008

The West family from Denver came down for Preston's baptism and we went to Big falls at Mt. Charelston for a hike.

Ok I'm done for now hope you all enjoy I've been sitting at the computer for nearly 3hours now and completley neglecting my children.

Ok people I bet you would never see this in sunny blue skies and hot Las Vegas July 14th it actually hailed. I thought it only hailed when it was cold outside! CRAZY

Well my baby boy has turned 8. Preston you are so much fun and change every year you have such a great sense of humor and are so kind and sweet. Dad and I love you so much we are so proud of you and your many talents.

Now Arizona so Jady did get to meet us in AZ July 3rd. On July 4th we went to lake Pleasant with Jady's brother Tevis and his wife Tonya girls Teegan and Tatum. The water was pretty choppy and there were alot of boaters being 4th of July. So we attempted to do some water activity. The rest of the time with Jady we just hung out with the fam played alittle Wii and went to a movie. Jady once again had to leave Sunday :( I stayed with the kids at Jady's parents. We had fun with everyone and I got to see some of my friends that I have'nt seen in awhile. Good seeing all of you and Terri your knew house is beautiful makes me wanna move!

California and Arizona

So we have had the most eventful summer thus far after are fun trip to Myrtle beach we came home for about 2 weeks and the kids and I headed off to to Cali. To help Tiloni and James move but while we were there We went to hunnington beach and Sea world unfortunatly Jady had to stay back and work so I went with Jady's Mom, Dad, sister Tiloni and her husband James. We had a blast! Play time was over and we loaded T and J in the moving truck and headed off to Arizona. Boy are we gonna miss those guys living in Cali the last 4 years we have gone there alot and been to many theme parks with them. Having a great place to stay free of charge didn't hurt either! Thanks T and J for letting us stay with you!

Karsten was in dance from September of 07 to May 08 and had her recital at the end . Here are some pictures of Karsten getting ready to go to her dance recital. She sure is a cutie and I'm glad to have her in my life.

Well I think I'm gonna like blogging I just have to find a day to do it so I can keep it updated. Here are some events that happened so far this year. Logan had a recital in may with about 10 other kids ranging in age from 4-15. Logan looked so professional, he was a little nervous but really enjoyed preforming.

Loving summer time

Well schools out and the heat is here in sunny Las Vegas. We started our summer going to Myrtle beach with some of our friends from our Ohio group it was a lot of fun one of the most memorable trips. We had 10 kids under the age of 10 and 6 adults in a 4 bedroom condo right off the beach. I thought it was gonna be tight but it ended up being just right! We each had our own bedroom and bathroom as families with a extra bedroom to put some of the kids together so they could have "sleep overs". here are some pics.

Some of the fun things we did there were we went to a Aquarium, spent plenty of time at the beach body surfing and when we wanted to escape the sun we went to our indoor water park at our hotel. There was miniature golf on every corner so Jady and the boy's did that. Best of all we had lots of good food. Myrtle beach opened up a new theme park "Hard rock" our family went to that after the gang left which we figured we were crazy we were about the only ones there being that it was extremely HOT outside that day. So I have to say I loved Myrtle Beach!
